I purchased my airplane tickets to Dragon*Con.
Whew.
Now. I need a room for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night, because I’m not leaving until Monday afternoon. I’m not even going to try to find a reservation. I’m hoping someone on my flist will invite me *hint hint* to share half a bed or some floor space or whatever. Please?

Just purchased my Dragon*Con tickets. Last minute before the $10 increase, I know. Ain’t it cool?
Because my state tax return direct deposit hit at midnight. Now if my federal would come in, I could buy my plane tickets before they go any higher. I checked Monday and they’re at $360-something. And I’m just keeping my fingers crossed at getting a roommate. Can’t get a room without a credit card.
I gave up on that costume idea I had for last year. I’m not feeling it. I’d decided I wasn’t going to DO costumes this year and someone mentioned Mists of Avalon, and I remembered how much I love Viviane’s gowns and the way the priestesses looked in general. Except that shaved-head girl, I’ll pass on that look.
