There is very little I would consider of value in my home. I'm so very not materialistic. I actually believe Dan to be much more so than me. If I grabbed my purse and laptop, I'd pretty much be complete. I'd love to have all the pictures in my albums and yearbooks.. but none of those things are worth risking my life. Ultimately, my pictures are on flickr and facebook so even if I didn't grab anything, I'd have quite a bit that I could recover that way.My diamond fell out of my wedding ring a few weeks ago. I am not the type to take photos, so there aren't many pictures of the kids in my house and I wouldn't miss the few we have if they burnt up. Similarly, I have become so adverse to spending money that there are few things in my house that are worth taking the time to save.
