Remember how crazy everyone in England went when Princess Diana died? I do think that the media whips people into a frenzy by making every tidbit of a celebrity&#039;s life seem important, but I don&#039;t try to justify the connection that fans feel. I cried buckets when Jim Henson died, and he wasn&#039;t even what you would call a celebrity. I felt a connection to his work, though, and his death saddened me.Also, a lot of people are able to separate the art from the artist; I guess that is what people did in the case of MJ.
