so don't ask if you don't want to know
I don't know why Mondays suck so bad
Technically, they aren’t any different than any other day and they end in Heroes. So Monday shouldn’t be any better or worse than say, Thursday.
Didn’t sleep for shit last night, took Ginnie to school and then went to WalMart. Half the shit I wanted they didn’t have so I came home and caught up on crap I had recorded on the DVR. Nothing special. I’ve been averaging 2 letter groups a day on the transferring Dragon Page’s stuff to Google and Shelfari. Picked Gin and Ashley up from school, dumped Ashley, tried another grocery store (somehow ended up with 4 different ice cream choices – damn Fry’s has good sales) and remembered toilet paper and miracle whip this time. Home for more TV while Gin did her homework and now that Heroes is over, I might crash early. Oh yeah, I cooked a real live meal for dinner.
Getting better. I still don’t care about the Mexitwins and I only vaguely wonder what Sylar’s eventual plan is. Claire seems to be working out of character to be so intimidated by that skank cheer leading girl. Is this the same Claire from last season? Peter, stop being so whiny. HRG is back to his old heartless self – ain’t it grand? How can Mohinder be so naive? Cousin (I can’t seem to remember her name) spent the whole day proving herself, and yet didn’t mention her cousin Micah and his little tricks? Bob is weird.
But Hiro . . . and Kensei’s girlfriend, and the kiss and Hiro being so sorry (broke my heart) and then Kensei’s betrayal. THIS is what we’re watching it for.
Plus, I’ve been having tummy cramps all day so I guess I will crash. And my frakking toe still hurts!
G’night.

I hope that you feel better (physically and emotionally) by the time you read this. You’re right that Monday shouldn’t be any different than the rest of the week, but I like to think of it as my start-over day. I may have screwed up last week, but I can always start fresh on Monday morning!
Thanks for reminding me that I have an unwatched episode of Heroes on my Tivo. I have a lot of knitting to finish before tomorrow and these “Walker, Texas Ranger” reruns are putting me to sleep :-p.
